1 1/2 - 2 lbs beef stew meat
2 cans beef gravy
4-6 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
4-5 carrots, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp herb de provence
1/4 cup red cooking wine
Season stew meat with salt and pepper, to taste. Place in crock pot. Add potatoes, carrots, and gravy. Add herb de provence seasoning and cooking wine. Stir well.
Cook all day on low in crock pot.
