1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups half-half
1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
4 tbsp sherry cooking wine
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken or turkey
2 cups cooked spaghetti (6-8 oz uncooked)
2 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesean cheese
1/4 tbsp paprika
In pan, cook mushrooms in butter until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and parsley flakes.
Blend in half-and-half and sherry cooking wine.
Stir constantly, until sauce thickens.
Place spaghetti and chicken or turkey in 9x13 dish. Pour sauce over it and sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
