4 eggs
1 can of pumpkin
1.5 cups of canola or vegetable oil
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons backing powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag (12 ounces) chocolate chips
Mix wet ingredients. In a seperate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add together. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes.
Makes approx. 2 dozen muffins
