Ingredients:
1 Package lemon cake mix
1 Package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 Egss
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup canola oil
1/4 Cup poppy seeds
Directions:
In a large bowl, combing the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for two minutes. Fold in poppy seeds.
Pour batter into greased or lined muffin tins.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 30-35 minutes, cool on a wire rack.
