This chili gets high marks for ease and taste. Its so easy, I have the recipe memorized and whenever I serve it, almost everyone says its one of the best chilis they've eaten. Plus the sisters have been begging for it, so here you go!
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans of Ranch beans
1 can of Chili beans
1 can of medium or dark red kidney beans
1 lb of hamburger
2 cups of water
Onion Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of Chili Powder
1 tablespoon of Cumin Seed
Brown hamburger in a large sauce pan, I usually season the hamburger with some onion salt. Once the hamburger is seasoned, add everything else to the sauce pan. (Do not drain any of the beans or tomatoes. Turn heat to low and allow it to simmer for 1-2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
