1 cup milk, scalded then cooled
3 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup gran. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package dry yeast
4 1/2 cup sifted flour
Scald milk, place in mixing bowl, cool to lukewarm. Add margarine, sugar, salt and yeast. Let stand 3 minutes. Add eggs and 1 cup flour. Beat well. Add enough of remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough. Turn onto flour surface. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise to double, about 2 hours. Divide dough in half and roll each to 12x18 rectangle. Spread with mixture of 6 tbsp softened margarine, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel. Roll up and cut each into half into 18 pieces. Bake in 2 1/2 " muffin pans or 9" round baking pans. Let double in size. Bake 15 minutes at 375- degrees.
Make glaze of 2 cup powdered sugar and 3-4 tbsp orange juice and drizzle over warm rolls. Makes 36 rolls.
