Shrimp Scampi

I don't remember where I found this recipe but it quickly became our favorite dinner meal a few months ago. Not exactly healthy but very very yummy.

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Butter
30-50 Shrimp (usually one frozen bag)
4-6 Cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 Cup fresh parsley
2-3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Salt, to taste





Directions:
  • In a large skillet, heat butter until it starts foaming
  • Add the shrimp until they turn pink
  • Add the parsley, lemon juice and salt, stir well
  • Add garlic
Dip french bread in sauce or serve with Pastaroni




Prep time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4
