Chicken Breasts in Wine Sauce

8 boneless chicken breasts
8 4x4 slices of swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup white cooking wine
3/4 cup water
1 cup crushed garlic croutons
1/4 cup melted margarine
2 tbsp parsley flakes

Arrange chicken breasts in 9x13 baking dish. Top each chicken breast with a piece of swiss cheese.

In a bowl, combine soup, water, and white wine. Mix well. Add parsley flakes; mix again.

Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with crushed croutons. Drizzle melted butter over everything.

Bake at 350-degrees, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes, until bubbly.
