1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 onions, chopped
1/2 can chopped black olives
1 4-oz can diced green chilis
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
In bowl combine cream cheese, onion, chilis, olives, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture over tortilla, then roll up. Slice into bite-sized pieces. Repeat until cream cheese mixture is gone.

I always looked forward to your mom making these for pot-lucks or parties! Too bad I can't eat cheese anymore :(
